Each year it is the same thing.  We get the quote for our next years small business medical insurance plan and we start to look for a new carrier to deal with.   We need to have one that will give the greatest flexibility not only to ourselves, but to our employees as well.  There is no longer a cookie cutter plan that will work for everyone. We are constantly looking for a plan that can provide the services needed for each of out people for where they are in life.  Our young single employees have much different needs that our employees with families to think of.
