There are franchise directories available on the internet. What amazes me is the number of franchises out there. Yes I might live in a developing country, but come on – we have all the famous franchises. At least that is what I thought. I counted thirty six fast food franchises listed! I did not recognise a single one! This must provide a relatively rich field of opportunity for some who wants to become one of the respected Franchise Attorneys. There are franchises in the automotive, education, beauty, etc fields. Each one has there own profile and legal needs. I wonder whether the same franchise placed in different countries need to adjust their business practises so as not to come into conflict with local law?
