I had been watching one of my co-workers get further and further into debt.  He was not interested in my advise and I was not ready to force it down him.   I figured that when he was ready he would be willing to learn about creditcarddebt.org.   His worry level kept increasing and I could tell it was starting to have an impact on the way he was handling his job.   To give him a hint I would leave the website up on my screen when I would leave my desk knowing that he could not pass up a chance to see what I was reading.
