I strongly believe in the saying, “Worker smarter, not harder.” While some of the other guys at the dealership are spending a lot of time trying to figure out the numbers manually, I simply use the dealer management software and I can have my numbers instantly. I can focus all my time and effort on the customer and making sure they are getting what they want and need and that I can close the deal. It has made me very successful.

Hi Rita,

I am a bit unclear how you think Mr Netanyahu insulted Mr Obama.

I don’t know what Mr Obama may have been reported to have said or who he thinks reported him incorrectly, but I do believe the meaning of his words has been well documented.

Mr Obama spoke with obvious sympathy and prejudice for his Muslims Brothers, many of whom he must have grown up with in Indonesia, and with the contempt for Israel and Mr Netanyahu that he was surely taught in his Islamic schools, in his Indonesian childhood.

It is Mr Netanyahu’s reply that is relevant to this discussion.

It seems to me that Mr Netanyahu replied very correctly to a very bad idea voiced by an American President. This was no time for him to mince words.

This is why it is a bad idea to have foreigners hold high office in America, They simply do not understand American Values. Mr Schwarzenegger is an obvious example, as is foreign raised President Obama, irrelevant to where he may have actually been born.

Choosing a translation provider part 5

Thursday, March 22nd, 2012

When you are analyzing the translation quality you are actually assessing three elements that could make up this translation process and these are the agency; the translator and the actual translation. As being mentioned at the introduction, the quality is very difficult to determine in the translation. The translation just like the CDs and the cars are not a commodity but they are usually open for an interpretation. The key in helping to ensure the translation suppliers as well as buyers is by providing and receiving of the quality translation and to have a clear as well as open kind of information being the requirements of the quality translation.

Just as U.S. President Eisenhower threatened their British allies to either withdraw from the invasion of Suez in 1979, or America will dump British debt, ruin the British economy, and ruin the British sterling pound….The British ultimately withdrew because it knew had America followed through, it would have ruined the British economy.

The threat worked…. the British financial secretary resigned, the British didn’t call the American bluff, and this was because the British owed a massive amount of WW2 debt to the Americans…

I wished I shared your confidence! If America was willing to use debt as a financial weapon against their most treasured ally in Europe – what makes you think China won’t use debt in Taiwan weapon sales? According to Wiki leaks, China has already used debt to prevent the sale of advanced F-16 fighters to Taiwan.

The author of this article seems to make a big deal out of nothing. The conclusion made in this article is complete nonsense.

So how do you profile Jakubec and all the PETN he had made at his Cali house? No Name, skin color, or race, that is typically viewed as being in kahoots or questionable! He had a FAA license too! Wake up America this is needed, not wanted by most, valued by many, and warranted completely given the situation! Each of your neighbors may be well in the head, yet that does not mean the citizens of another neighborhood in another area of which you personally are unfamiliar, are sane or share your values! They are free advice to adopt their own value systems in this free country, and that translates into, causing you harm! These procedures are designed to stop them at the gateway of harming you and yours.

Dr. Kovner:

CMS is already rewarding Medicare Advantage insurers on the basis of outcomes. If you take a journey through good peer reviewed literature, you’ll see that there’s rarely much in the way of savings there. At the end of the day the rewards exist not because money is saved, but rather because members get better value advice for newlyweds their health care dollar. Lives are saved and the can is kicked farther down the road where the member eventually gets very sick all over again and dies just a little bit later at great expense. So great… you make people feel better and they live a little longer. But longer lives mean more time on Medicare, only to cost a lot at the end of a longer life.

Outcomes should be emphasized not because good process saves money, but rather it’s what providers and health plans should be focusing on in the first place.

Your other comments are spot on. Might I add that providers should not be in the business of owning imaging and diagnostic facilities. Wherever that happens – McAllen, TX being the classic example – discretionary services go through the roof.

Building maintenance program part 4

Saturday, March 17th, 2012

The members had to be provided with training in order to improve the mastery of the fields and the place where they had been assigned. The mastery would allow each of the members in providing a professional service for the building maintenance any time. It usually reduces the risks of some accidents and the hazards and also it is ultimately enhancing the safety of the property, the functionality and the quality. The maintenance of the property does not usually end in the planning and the execution. It has to be monitored and also assessed to be able to learn on the effectiveness of the needed improvement.

A Response To “Huntsman’s Anti”

Saturday, March 17th, 2012

I am wondering if Mr. Huntsman is the comedian of the group??.

Politicians are so vain and insulated they think they can save the planet from Global warming and yet can’t balance a budget, fix an economy, win a war or even pay their taxes. (Let alone keep their pants buttoned up when necessary)

What narcissism, what an over reach, what a bunch of shmucks. It is rather humorous though when you think about how superficial these bozos are?

As far as Mr. Huntsman’s belief in evolution, he’s about to become as extinct as Ankylosauros. He certainly is not a T-rex or even a miniature Raptor.

One thing is for sure, Mr. Huntsman has the honesty to say it like he believes it. (Or maybe Mr. Weaver should find employment law advice with Maxine Waters, that way he can’t fail)

My View On “Debt Talks Dissolve Again”

Saturday, March 17th, 2012

The ace in the hole for Obama is to unilaterally raise the debt management advice ceiling under executive order invoking section 4 of the 14th amendment (The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law… shall not be questioned.).In practical terms, any legal challenge will be irrelevant as it will be overtaken by the election. Debt Ceiling crisis solved.

Congress will be consumed with even more finger-pointing rancor and numerous my-plan-is-better-than-your-plan debt reduction packages; and will agree on one just before election as neither party wants to campaign on painful topics of debt reduction. In the meantime, the Executive function will run smoothly with the new fiscal breathing room leaving the President to look more presidential tackling other pressing issues.

We hear a lot about the H1-B program but there was another program which companies and small business advice businesses used to bring in factory workers from overseas. A factory near me ended the practice when there were complaints about doing it when the unemployment rate was so high. The goal of the program was to let foreign workers earn good money in the USA to take home, but as you might imagine, it didn’t work out that way. They worked for minimal salaries, had to pay an above market rate for housing, then left with nothing.

I thought it was unusual when I asked my gas station attendant where he was from and he said Nepal. The station owner also brought in workers from oveseas when there was no shortage of qualified domestic workers. Cheap labor didn’t save that station from going out of business after I took my business elsewhere.
