There are so many different things that we can do to bring some happiness into our lives. One thing that we can do is go to the amusement park. But because of the weather, the season for that is over. So what you have to do now is stay inside and find an interesting hobby. One of my main hobbies that I enjoy is trivia board games. I and my friends play these types of games often. But recently, I discovered an online trivia that handed out prizes if you passed the quizzes. I came to the web site, took the grey’s anatomy quiz, and I easily passed. So I am expecting a nice TV soon because of it.

Last Saturday night I went to a club with several of my friends when I noticed a very attractive lady that I thought I might like to get to know better.  I am a little on the shy side and have always been afraid of rejection so I was not sure how to approach her.  I thought to myself, I should have brushed up on my dating tips for guys before I left the house, but it was to late now.  I would just have to wing it and do the best I could.  I smiled at her and she nodded back with a smile, I thought I must be doing the something right.

Holidays have become so important in our lives that it seems we are dictated to on when it is okay to give gifts. You can give fresh flowers anytime and you don’t have to wait for a holiday to do it. Mothers Day is one of the best days for receiving flowers and almost expected. Why wait for Mothers Day? Think of the pleasure it would give to send your mother flowers unexpectedly. Holidays are designated reminders that we need to do something special for someone. Shouldn’t you do something special for someone without being told when to do it. Don’t give the automatic gift of flowers on designated days do the unexpected.

After getting a divorce from my husband and really struggling to make ends meet I thought that I was never going to make it on my own.  Then I heard from a friend about getting money for gold and I knew that I could really get a lot of money for all the old jewelry that my ex had given me over the years.  I went through my jewelry box and took in all of it.  I got more than I expected and I really put that money to good use.  Selling all that jewelry felt a million times better than hanging onto anything that was connected to my ex!  Great therapy!

Our family especially enjoys games of strategy, and tower games. My son favors arcade games. And my husband’s favorite game is called Indestructo Tank.

By saying that my husband is a huge follower of foreign cars would be a gross understatement. Even saying that he lives and breathes them doesn’t quite describe what his mother thinks is an obsession. I’ll be honest, and say that I don’t really understand, but I love that he has something to be passionate about. Like the other day, when he showed me a video clip called “Bugatti Veyron, Impossible Masterpiece“. I really didn’t appreciate it as much as he did, but I watched it with him, and told him how pretty I thought the car was. Which launched him into a talk about all the specifications!

When Pastor George decided to spice up Family Night at the church, we all wondered what exactly he had in mind. When he said he wanted to bring in a comedian, more than a few eyebrows were raised. He insisted he had responded to an ad for “Hire clean comedian.” We weren’t convinced, Pastor George seemed to have a secret that we were not going to understand until Family Night arrived. Needless to say, we were all wondering where he had located a clean comedian for our church. You can imagine our shock when Pastor George himself walked onto the stage and began to regale us with very funny stories from his youth. I must confess, unlike some Sunday mornings, I think we all stayed wide awake to listen to our Pastor on Family Night.
