I took my girlfriend Amy’s advice and started working the commercial espresso machine slower to not miss a step. Her advice worked and I have been able to get the coffees made easily and my boss seems quite pleased. I cannot believe the tough time I was having, but I did realize when I get nervous things do not go my way. By slowing down I have made a ton of progress in a very short period of time, in which I am thankful.
