Free and Useful

For the past two years, I’ve tried to quit smoking for real. The frustrating (and sometimes funny) thing is that I can usually disregard my craving to light cigarette for several days and then I’ll relapse for the heck of it. But now, I’m really serious about my goal. But the thing is my environment isn’t helping with my quest to stop smoking. In fact, I always get tempted because of my co-workers. But lucky for me, a friend introduced me to smoke deter. I still smoke from time to time but I can honestly say that I was able to limit my cigarette intake.
