I am feeling really tense today and i think itn is because i have not eaten enough. i know that it should be eating more and i am going to go do that right now actually. i have to be sure that i am keeping my calorie intake up if i want to make any real gains. i have been working on my abs with some really good exercise too. i have been ussing circuit workouts for me abs. that is working really well too. they are good exercise for weight loss that rip your abs up. it is awesome to do this.
