Though Dr. Oz has explained much about resveratrol on Oprah show but there are side effects too that are associated with the product. Many people complained of having diarrhea. This can be because of the fact that lower quality of emodin is added in resveratrol. Other problem people faced or the side effects they found were minor cold or flu, joint pains in the hips hands and feet. This is very much similar to arthritic situation. An amplified sensitivity to cold and hot temperature was also seen in some cases. So it is advisable to use resveratrol with proper care and under Dr.’s supervision only.
