What on earth is sea mud? Well, it’s quite simple. Basically sea mud is a mixture of clay along with various types of seaweed. Some of the seaweed’s that typically are mixed in to make a sea mud are as follows:
Kelp
Bladderwrack
Irish Moss
There are also many others. Sea mud (AKA seaweed mud) is a really great product to apply under a body wrap, or for a facial. One important thing to remember is that you have to apply it after you brush your skin and exfoliate. By doing this you will enhance it’s benefits as it will be able to penetrate your skin more easily.
