After we’d been in the warehouse for a couple months, we were still waiting for the landlord to replace the industrial garage doors on our unit. We again placed a call to the landlord and spoke to him about these doors and the security risk they posed to us. He finally came to see, in person, what condition the doors were in. When he saw the doors, he understood the importance of getting them replaced right away. He told us that within the week, they would be replaced.
