I use to be able to eat just about anything that I wanted. As a matter of fact I really loved being pregnant because not only did I have these wonderful feelings for food, but I seemed to only gain the weight I was suppose too and I was never overweight. Then after the baby I could not seem to get anything right to master your metabolism. Anything I ate seemed to accentuate the negatives in my new form. I would like to know if there is anything that I can do to get my body back to how it was before the baby.
