Crab cakes seemed like something I would really like, so I tried them in a restaurant. What a disappointment, but I thought it might be just one of those things, so I tried them in a few other restaurants. Unfortunately, the results were the same; it just wasn’t what I thought it would be. I decided to try to find my own crab cake recipes and see if I could figure out the problem. Actually, I’m still not certain, but perhaps with a little experimenting, I can concoct a crab cake which will meet my expectations! In the meantime, there are plenty of other ways that I can enjoy crab.
