I wanted to throw a great party for my sister for her twenty first birthday.  I thought it would be better to throw her a party than have her out drinking somewhere.  I bought some bulk confetti and we had a confetti cannon.  When she was lead in to the room the cannon went off right at her.  She was so surprised.  I know she had a great time at her party and I felt great knowing that she would be safe.  Our youngest sister is going to turn twenty one the year after next and we are both going to throw her a party just like this.
