Last weekend, I went to meet with a friend of mine that was visiting town.  We had known each other for almost ten years, so there wasn’t anything that we couldn’t talk about.  While we were talking, I noticed that he seemed a little squeamish, and uncomfortable.  I asked what was the matter, and he said that he had hemorrhoids.  I laughed a little, but I could tell that he was in pain.  We decided to cut lunch short and go to the store to get him some cream.  It wasn’t the most exciting day out, but I was glad to help.
